Unfortunately at this time, we at Rejuvenate Ancaster Cosmetic & Skin Clinic CANNOT ACCEPT any refunds on services or products. However, if you wish to use the monetary amount you paid for (service only) toward another service, the value spent will be honoured .
In order to provide all our clients with timely services we require $50.00 deposit upon booking any medical service. This deposit will then be added to your file and used as a credit towards your service cost. If you choose to cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit becomes non-refundable.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellation of individual therapies and 48 hours notice for cancellation of injectable cosmetic treatments. If cancellations are not made within these time frames, 50% of the cost of the service will be charged to your credit card.
